Stevens West Launches Redesigned Website!
Greetings and welcome! We're proud to introduce to you our new, enhanced website. Stevens West has been on-line since 1998. Our redesigned site offers interactive tools and more features for our shipper customers and partner carriers. We hope you'll take some time to browse the site and get acquainted with the new features we have added.
Shippers can now place truck orders right here, track the status of shipments in progress as well as request freight rates. We've also designed a trailer selector guide to help shippers become more familiar with the various equipment that we can source as well as select the trailer most appropriate for transporting their freight shipments. Just what are those new features, you may ask.
By popular request, our partner carriers can now view our available loads as well as post their truck availability with us. For carriers new to Stevens West who have in interest in working with us, we've added an on-line
partner carrier sign-up form as well as an
off-line
partner carrier set-up packet in printable
pdf format. This set-up packet contains all the documents necessary to qualify to haul for us.
Just print out and fax back to us. We've also added a carrier resources page with all kinds of helpful information and links to useful web sites targeted directly to drivers.
Finally, we've posted documents important
the shipping process in both the shippers and
carriers area. These PDF files can be viewed or
printed out anytime at your convenience.

and password for access. This process is
quick and easy. To register now, go to either
the shipper or carrier area.
Flatbed LTL Service
This is a service we offer for shippers with freight shipments that are less than a truckload (LTL), do not require exclusive use of the truck and are not time sensitive. It can significantly reduce shipping expenses. Flatbed LTL shipping makes sense if you can allow up to twice the amount of time as a truckload shipment and if your shipment is typically less than 30 feet in length, under 30,000 pounds in weight and legal in width and dimension. We offer Flatbed LTL service on trip lengths of 400 miles or more between most points in the U.S. on Flatbed and Single-Drop Deck trailers. Double-Drop trailer loads, over-size and over-weight shipments cannot be shipped in this manner.
Chicago Flatbed LTL- We also offer regular and expedited Flatbed Truck LTL Service (partial loads) from Chicago to the following cities in the Upper Midwest: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo & Akron / Canton in Ohio. Grand Rapids, Lansing, Flint, Pontiac & Detroit in Michigan. Milwaukee, Green Bay & Madison in Wisconsin. Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis & Richmond in Indiana.
